<p>PURPOSE:To attain ease of message change by providing a means for setting plural host-down message to a storage means in advance and also designating the selection of the message to select a desired message from the message stored in advance with remote control. CONSTITUTION:A hook-off from the user's telephone set is inputted to a switching section 11 of a voice processor 1 via a network controller 2 and a start input is informed to a main control section 10 from the switching section 11. A voice message urging input to a speech synthesis section 15 is fed from the control section 10 and a pushbutton (PB) signal or voice input from the user is fed to a PB signal reception section 14 or a voice recognizing section 12. A general voice file 16-0 and plural down-messages 16a-16n are connected to the synthesis section 15 and a service stop control section 17 and a down-message designation control section 18 are connected to the control section 10. A desired message is selected from messages stored in messages 16a-16n by remote control in advance to change the message.</p> |
