<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of an assembling work by projecting an earth terminal from a core of a generating coil and an output terminal from a bobbin, and mechanically coupling teminal boards to a core, an ignition control printed circuit board and the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A laminated core 1 has a plurality of mounting screw inserting holes 2, and an L-shaped earth terminal board 4 is fastened via rivets 3. A generating coil 7 is wound on a bobbin 6, and one end 7a of the coil 7 is pulled out from a notch 8 formed at a flange of the bobbin 6. A plate-shaped output terminal 9 is inserted into the bobbin 6, and the other end 7b of the coil 7 is secured. A printed board 11, on which electronic part (a)- for an ignition control cirucit is formed with mounting holes 12, 13, to which the terminals 4, 9 are inserted. The bobbin 6 is inserted into a pole 1a of the core 1, and one end 7a and the terminal 9 are connected. The terminals 4, 9 are engaged with the holes 12, 13, and connected to the pattern of the board 11. A synthetic resin coating film 16 is eventually formed except the hole 2, thereby enhancing the effieiency of the mounting work.</p> |
