PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in S/N by providing an amplitude equalizer to the input side of a transmission power amplifier to control an amplitude equalizer at the transmission side in order to minimize the amplitude deviation of a reception signal based on the detecting signal of a reception signal detector. CONSTITUTION:The amplitude equalizer 20 equalizing the amplitude deviation due to selective fading is provided to the transmission side and automatic equalization is applied so as to make the amplitude frequency characteristic of the reception signal flat. Further, the amplitude equalizer 20 is provided between a transmission power amplifier 5 and a signal synthesizer 6 so as to pass through only a signal whose level is largely decreased because of the selective fading. Since only the signal whose reception power is lowered because of the fading is transmitted and other signal is suppressed, the effective utilization of the transmission power amplifier is attained. |
