PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality chemical plating laminated sheet, by a method wherein a gel time of thermosetting resin is made into 50-100sec when an adhesive agent layer formed on a film, which was put on the surface of prepreg constituted by impregnating glass cloth matrix with thermosetting resin, is heated and pressed for unification. CONSTITUTION:At a time when an adhesive agent layer formed on a film, which was put in layers on at least one side surface of a plurality of sheets of prepreg constituted by impregnating glass cloth matrix with thermosetting resin, is heated and pressed for unification, a gel time of thermosetting resin being impregnated into the prepreg adjacent to the foregoing adhesive agent layer is made into 50-100sec. An adhesive agent layer whose thickness is uniform and external appearance is favorable is obtained in this manner and a chemical plating laminated sheet superior in adhesiveness with metal, peeling resistance and thermal stability of solder can be obtained. |
