PURPOSE:To improve the titled device so as to use inexpensive lead wires of electric machine winding by enclosing the lead wires, thereby alleviating the contacting strength of microwave. CONSTITUTION:A metal cap 22 formed of bottomed cylinder and a choke cap 19 formed of metal members 12, 13 are covered to the roots of lead wire 8. Incident microwave 23 is invaded to a slot 24 through a gap (e) between the hole of the cap 19 and the hole of the conductor 16 of the lead wire 8. Part of the incident microwave 23 is also incident to the space 20 in the choke cap 19. The microwaves cancel to each other by interference.
