PURPOSE:To enable an engine to be prevented from generating its speed drop and stall or the like, by correcting a fuel supply quantity, after a fuel cut is released, in accordance with drying and adhering conditions of the internal wall surface in an intake pipe. CONSTITUTION:In a control circuit 61, the first instruction means gives an instruction so as to supply fuel from a fuel injection valve 7 to an engine 19 synchronously with its rotation, while the second instruction means gives an instruction so as to supply a reset time fuel quantity in accordance with a fuel cut period from the fuel injection valve 7 to the engine 19 synchronously with the fuel cut release timing. Here the second instruction means mainly supplies a fuel adhering amount in the collective part of an intake manifold 6. While a fuel adhering amount in a branch part 13, after a fuel cut is released, is supplied by correcting a fuel quantity, calculated in accordance with a number of instruction times of fuel supply by the first instruction means corresponding to a number of cylinders of the engine 19, by a correction amount in accordance with the fuel cut period. In this way, a supplied mixture to each cylinder is maintained in proper air-fuel ratio.
