PURPOSE:To prevent the lift-up of a receiving frame caused by frost columns by a method in which the outer wall of a receiving frame is set inwards from the outer wall of a side block, and a connector for the frame is set on the inner wall of the side block and the frame. CONSTITUTION:A receiving frame 11 is set on the upper end of a side block 5, and a wedge 17 provided to the height regulator 16 of a connector 24 is coupled with the receiving groove 14 of the frame 11. A fixing bolt 20 is thrust through a hole 10, a rubber washer 19, and the long hole 18 of the regulator 16 from the long groove 9 of the block 5 and fitted with an angular washer 21 and a nut 22. The bolt 20 and the hole 18 are adjusted in position adequately and clamped with the nut 22 to fix the block 5 and the regulator 16.
