PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting of electric members, to improve productivity, and to enhance yield by dividing recording electrodes into each unit number and arranging input electrodes alternately on opposite sides. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed unit number of recording electrode columns 4' is formed by photoetching copper or the like applied to an insulating film 10 or doing the like, and many films 10 are alternately opposite bonded with junctions 13 to arrange each unit of input electrodes opposite to each other. As a result, the input electrodes are arranged each in a part having a sufficient width and it is made unnecessary to form a multilayer structure. Mounting of electric equipment is made easy, the productivity of recording electrodes is improved by dividing the constitution into separate units, and the yield is also enhanced. |
