PURPOSE:To judge normality and abnormality of module by incorporating an input/output address conversion program by a switch card separately from a main controlling program, giving a function to convert this in terms of address to simulate and thereby selecting a mode. CONSTITUTION:The sequence controlling device 1 consists of a mode selector such as instruction from a computer, independent operation of sequence master, exclusion etc., and a push button switch 3 for starting, stopping etc. An independent operation switch 2 is provided in an auxiliary board etc. to enable independent operation at the time of exclusion mode. When a master switch is selected 3, and operation switch automatic action condition and plant condition 6 (in the case of the figure, pressure switch 12) are effected, sequence control is made consecutively after A-IDF (induction ventilator) starting command 21, and starting of a ventilation system is completed. When a changeover switch, not shown in the figure, is made manual, and a simulated card is inserted into a specified slit, auxiliary machinery such as a circuit breaker, a solenoid valve, an electric valve etc. are simulated by an input/output address conversion program. By this way, a module can be checked easily. |
