PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacturing and assembling by forming a liquid crystal display and a transparent keyboard with a transparent film to which a transparent conductive film is attached. CONSTITUTION:The upper polarization board 14 is bonded on the surface of the first transparent film 9 of the liquid crystal display part, and also the polarization board-fitted reflection board 15 is bonded on the lower surface of the second transparent film 10 located in the liquid crystal display part. Furthermore, the upper surface of the upper polarization board 14 is bonded on the lower surface of the transparent board 13, for example, of glass.
