EP--82220 A Two or more adjacent packaging cups (1) are joined together along abutting edges of their circumferential flanges (5). The cups are supported by rings (14,15) which have supporting edges (17) on which the flanges rest. The rings are deeper along their adjacent edges (18) in order to support a strip-like joining element (6). - The longitudinal edges of the joining strip are complementary in shape to the walls of the cups along the sections to be joined. The strip has a weakened line along its central axis so that the cups can be pulled apart.
