PURPOSE:To obtain a large driving capability with less power consumption by connecting a direct coupling type FET logical circuit to the pre-stage of a buffer FET logical circuit where drive elements of a logic decision section is constituted by using enehancement FETs. CONSTITUTION:The drive elements of the logical decision section 42 of the buffer FET logic circuit 41 are constituted by using the enhancement FETs 43. Thus, even when the direct coupling FET logical circuit 31 whose output signal polarity is the same for high and levels is connected to the prestage of the logic circuit 41, the logical circuit 41 is switched by an output signal of the logic circuit 31. Thus, the buffer FET logical circuit is used for the logical circuit only requiring a large drive capability and the direct coupling FET logic circuit for the other drive circuit, then a large drive capability is obtained with less power consumption. |
