This device comprises for example a driving crown 2 where the balls 9 are lodged which drive a receiver crown 1 when they are pushed towards it via a crown 3 and the rollers 10 of a pivoting crown 4; the latter can be pivoted in such a way that its rollers 10 retreat into the hollowings 11a1 of a wall 11; the crown 1 can then push back the balls 9, and the crown 3, in such a fashion as to disengage 1 and 2.
