PURPOSE:To enable hot air to be stably and effectively supplied by configurating a device in such a way that a flow control valve is provided in a cooling water passage so as to be controlled based on both temperature and pressure of cooling water in a device where air is heated through a heat exchanger by the use of engine cooling water. CONSTITUTION:In a device where cooling water which is circulated by a cooling water pump 4, is guided to a heat exchanger 6 arranged within an air conditioning duct for heating of air, and then the air is blown off into a cabin as hot air. A flow control valve 3 is provided for a cooling water circulating circuit, and the valve 3 is controlled by a controller 5 depending on output signals from both a cooling water temperature sensor 1 and a cooling water pressure sensor 2. That is, the rate of hot water flow is operated by an arithmatic circuit 11 depending on both a valve opening signal 10 and a pressure signal from the sensor 2, then, the quantity of hot water heat is operated by an arithmatic circuit 12 based on both the resultant computed as described above and a temperature signal from the sensor 1. And the flow control valve 3 is controlled through a controller 14 based on the said quantity of hot water heat and the quantity of air heating which is necessary to obtain a target blow-off temperature which is operated by an arithmatic circuit 13. |
