PURPOSE:To minimize the increase volume of hardware which generated a false fault by changing plural detection fault information to plural fault information in accordance with the contents of error and further, obtaining ''OR'' with the false fault information. CONSTITUTION:Various kinds of errors, which occur at the information processing mechanism of a central processor, are individually checked at fault detection devices 211-21n. The ''OR'' circuits 231-23l have the function to obtain ''OR'' by summarizing the error having the same contents in the output of the fault detection circuits 211-21n and the output of the interface sending the data by the false fault setting instruction corresponding to this error also has the function to obtain the ''OR'' simultaneously. After the output of the ''OR'' circuits 231-23l is preserved at a fault information preserving circuit 24, the output is fed through the error intercept interface 25 to a fault processing mechanism. |
