PURPOSE:To prevent the noise from being generated and make a thin-sized and small-sized unit by a method wherein an ion air generating device for producing ion flow is arranged at an air blowing part. CONSTITUTION:In an air heating and cooling device in which suctioned air is passed through a heat exchanger unit 102 to heat, cool and blow itself, an air wind generating device 104 for producing ion wind is arranged at an air blowing part 103. The air producing device is composed of ionization units 105 and electrode plates 106, the ionization units 105 being connected to positive polarity of a high DC power supply and in turn the electrode plates 106 being connected to negative polarity. With this arrangement, ion flow will be generated to flow from the ionization units 105 to the electrode plates 106 under an electric potential between the ionization units 105 and the electrode plates 106. As a result, since the flow generating device producing no noise may act as a fan, it is made possible to prevent noise. Further, since it is not necessary to provide any fan space, it is possible to made a small-sized and thin-sized device. |
