PURPOSE:To obtain a paper winding for an adhesive conductor, mechanical strength thereof is excellent and cost thereof is low, by alternately superposing flat-type enamel wires and conductors, on which self-fusion welding or self- adhesive solid adhesives are applied, integrally in plural numbers and compounding these superposed wires and conductors by insulating paper wound in common. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of flat-type enamel wires 3 and solid adhesive applied flat-type conductors 4 are superposed alternately in parallel, and unified by the common winding of insulating paper 5. When these unified wires and conductors are heated, an adhesive conductor in which a plurality of strands are unified is obtained. On the other hand, adhesives 7 fill the role of insulation, but insulations among the strands are attained mainly by enamel coatings on the enamel wires 3. Polyvinyl formal, polyester, polyurethane, etc. are used as enamel for the enamel wires 3, and solid polyester, polyamide, phenoxy resin, phenol resin, epoxy resin, etc. are preferable as the adhesives 7. |
