PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a device by starting moving loading members at the entrance and exit sides of a guide drum almost at the same time, moving them at speeds corresponding to their movement distances, and stopping their movements almost at the same time. CONSTITUTION:A couple of loading members 104A and 104B which differ in movement distance are provided at the entrance and exit sides of the tape guide drum 11 so as to guide a tape to the tape guide drum 11. Then, a loading member driving means moves the loading member 104B at the exit side which is large in movement distance at a fast speed and the loadng arm 104A at the entrance side which is small in movement distance at a slow speed. The loading members 104A and 104B starts being moved almost at the same time, move at the speeds corresponding to their movement distances, and finish moving almost the same time. |
