Grain bag filling method - uses drive to bounce partly filled sacks during rotation to aid filling flow

Granular material is poured into radial spaced open top sacks which are placed in associated jigs, connected by rails to a central mounted column. After partly filling the sacks, they are then subjected to a bouncing action, by lifting the sacks and then dropping them. This prevents any air-lock formation. The bouncing frequency may be from 50 to 150 strokes per minute. Filling is thus continuous in a programmed sequence until the sacks are filled up to a predetermined weight level.
