In a high-pressure water canister (6) which has two openings on its upper side, a non-return valve (9) for the connection of a pressure generator is inserted in one of the openings while a delivery pipe (1) is inserted in the other opening. Serving as pressure generator is a bellows (5) which is connected via a hose (4) to the non-return valve (9). The delivery pipe (1) extends almost down to the bottom of the canister (6). <IMAGE>
