PURPOSE:To obtain the titled tablet having improved taste of a dipeptide sweetener and excellent sweetness similar to sucrose, by compounding a dipeptide sweetener with vitamin C and sodium bicarbonate, and tableting the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Aspartame (a dipeptide sweetener) is compounded with vitamin C and sodium bicarbonate, and the mixture is tableted by conventional method. The sum of vitamin C and sodium bicarbonate is 480-2,200pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of aspartame, and that of sodium bicarbonate is 10-150pts.wt. per per 100pts.wt. of vitamin C. |
