<p>The windshield wiper comprises an arm (12) of which the end is provided with a U-shaped articulation stirrup (13) and a windshield wiper blade of which the armature (1) has a central region (18) comprising two facing wings (20), an articulation pin (23) beingarranged perpendicularly to the wings (20) as well as to the wings (15) of this stirrup (13). A transversal locking of the pin (23) is provided by a part (34), (134) slidingly mounted and comprising an housing (39) which is opened sideways throughout its links to receive the central portion (25) of the pin (23) which has a cross-section which is smaller than the lateral cylindrical bearings (26) at each end of the central portion, the connections (27) between the central portion (25) and the bearings (26) cooperating with side support surfaces (40) of the part (34) for the purpose of said locking. The holding of the pin (23) is provided by a latching bead (42) arranged at the entrance of the housing (39). A safety tongue (51) carried by the part (34) opposite the housing (39) avoids the total detachment of said part (34). The part (134) may be provided with devices (55, 58) enabling to disengage the pin (23) from the housing (39) from the outside of the armature (1).</p> |
