PURPOSE:To improve the printing quality while performing a storage heat correction by providing a thermistor for detecting changes in the temperature of a head substrate at a concave notch or that comprising a through hole provided at a part of a mounting base in contact with the head substrate. CONSTITUTION:Heat generating bodies 7a are formed in a train on the surface of a heat generating body substrate 7, which is mounted on a base 8 with an adhesive or the like. The base 8 is provided with a notch, namely, a concave escape section 8a on the side of the surface of mounting the heat generating body substrate to house a thermistor 9 and a hole 8b on the back thereof to draw out a lead of the thermistor 9. The thermistor 9 is pressed in the concave releasing section 8a to contact with the heat generating body substrate 7 with an elastic member 10 while fixed with a heat conductive compound agent placed between it and the heat generating body substrate 7. In addition, the lead 9a is made connectable outside passing through the hole 8b. |
