PURPOSE:To extend the life of a printing head by joining the tip of a U- or V-shaped flexible member arranged at the right angle to a driving spring member to the tip of the extension of an enable arm and the tip of a projection on a support member. CONSTITUTION:When an electromagnet 5 is electrically energized, the magnetic force thereof cancels the magnetic force of a permanent magnet 4 and due to losing the attracting force thereof, a mobile section 6 acts so as to separate from a core 3 by a charged force of a plate spring 10. The mobile section 6 turns around the apparent center A and based on the motion of the mobile section 6, a wire 7 reaches a platen 13 through an ink ribbon 14 and a paper 15, then a strong impact is applied on the wire 7 while the mobile section 6 is halted in the motion and caused to turn around counterclockwise. But this impact force is transmitted to plate springs 18 and 17 sequentially and received with a support 16 to avoid excessive force on the plate spring 10. |
