PURPOSE:To prevent the titled stencil paper from adhering by fusing with an original or fusing with a heat-sensitive element, by laminating a porous base and a plastic film consisting of a thermoplastic resin and provided on its surface with a layer comprising a fluoro resin as a main constituent. CONSTITUTION:A plastic film consisting of a thermoplastic resin is laminated on a porous base. Then, an aqueous suspension of a fluoro resin, a suspension of the resin in a solvent or a solution of the resin in a polar solvent is applied to the plastic film, and is dried to provide a heat-resistant releasable layer on the surface of the film, thereby producing a heat-sensitive stencil paper. A TENGUJYO paper, a paper made from synthetic fibers or the like is used as the porous base. Polytetrafluoroethylene, polychlorofluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene or the like or such a fluoro resin modified by an epoxy resin or the like is used as the fluoro resin. |
