摘要 PURPOSE:To secure the accurate control for the rise of the output voltage by applying the monotonous increase voltage to the input a one side of each of plural differential amplifier circuits and plural types of set voltage obtained by smoothing an output with the triangular wave voltage and the variable charge voltage define as a differential input to the input of the other side. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal at one side of each of differential amplifier circuits 12-14 is connected to an application terminal 11 of the soft start voltage to which the voltage VST increasing monotonously toward a prescribed level is applied. While voltage setting circuits 15-17 are connected to each input terminal of the other side to supply the smoothed voltage. If set voltages V15-V16 delivered from circuits 15-17 satisfy a relation V15<V16<V17, the power supply voltage V01 is first produced at an output terminal 18 of the circuit 12. Then the voltage V02 and the voltage V03 are produced at the terminal 19 of the circuit 13 and the terminal 20 of the circuit 14 respectively. The generating time points of these output voltages are decided by the levels of set voltages V15-V17. The set voltage is obtained by applying the triangular wave voltage to the input terminal of one side of the differential amplifier circuit and the charge voltage of a charge time constant variable charging circuit to the input terminal of the other side.
