PURPOSE:The titled mix capable of being adjusted to one's favorite sweetness, prepared easily at any time throughout year, comprising dried flakes or dried powder of sweet potato as a main component. CONSTITUTION:A raw material of sweet potatoes is peeled, harshness is removed from it, it is heat-treated, dried, and powdered to give dried flakes of sweet potatoes having restoring properties with hot water or cold water, or they are further ground to give dried powder of sweet potato. The dried flakes of dried powder of sweet potatoes is used as a main component, and blended with at least one of dried dairy product, sweetener, dried vitellus, spicery, spice, animal or vegetable fats and oils, and salt. |
