<p>PURPOSE:To allow a rotor position to follow the change in the water level in a ditch, by providing a mechanism, which allows the position of a rotary formed by providing a large number of blades to the periphery of a rotor shaft to move up and down corresponding to the up-and-down movement of a water level, to the float provided in a ditch water passage. CONSTITUTION:The lower end part of the rotary route of a blade plate 22 is set under the water level of waste water 2 to be treated by regulating a ballast to make it possible to control the immersion depth of a rotor 18 to a desired proper value. When the rotor 18 is rotated in this state, aeration and stirring due to the generation of a water stream 9 are performed to treat waste water 2 to be treated. Now, when a water level is changed, floats 5a, 5b moves up and down with the change in the water level and the immersion depth of the rotor 18 is always held to a desired proper value and a good aeration and stirring state is always obtained. In addition, the load variation of a motor can be suppressed to a small degree.</p> |
