PURPOSE:To produce optical circuit parts using a dielectric multilayer film in a short time to make the mass production passible and reduce the cost, by providing a transmission area, through which a wavelength which hardens a resin hardened by ultraviolet rays is transmitted, in a part of the wavelength characteristic of the dielectric multilayer film having a wavelength selectivity. CONSTITUTION:In an optical branching filter consisting of an input fiber 10, output fibers 11 and 12, a rod lens 13, etc., a glass plate 14 where a long wavelength pass filter (LWPF) consisting of a dielectric multilayer film which reflects a light of the short wavelength is formed in one end and a reflector 15 where a dielectric multilayer film which reflects the light transmitted through the LWPF14 is formed have a transmission region in a range of 300-400mm. together. Consequently, ultraviolet rays 17 are irradiated from a light source 18 arranged on the rear face of the film to harden the resin hardened by ultraviolet rays which is applied on boundaries between the rod lens 13 and the LWPF14 or between the LWPF14 and the reflector 15, thus adhering them to each other. |
