PURPOSE:To obtain an absorbing mechanism for permanent extension of wires by forming a cut to the flange of a driving part and providing a fan-shaped projection touching said cut, an elastic projection, the 1st pulley having ratchet teeth at the opposite side and the 2nd pulley which engages the 1st pulley respectively. CONSTITUTION:When a shaft 2 is revolved in the gearing direction (an arrow head A) between ratchet teeth 11 and 12, a cut part 4 of a flange 3 presses a fan-shaped projection 5 to revolve the 1st pulley 7. Thus the 2nd pulley 8 is also revolved in the same direction. As a result, the 2nd wire 22 is taken up and the 1st wire 21 is rolled out. Thus a mobile part attached to the wire is moved. When the shaft 2 is revolved in the opposite direction, the part 4 pushes an elastic projection 6 to revolve the pulley 7. Thus the wire 21 is taken up, and the wire 22 is rolled out by the tension. If the permanent extension is produced to the wire, the pulley 8 is not revolved due to the brake power of a wave washer 10. Then the permanent extension of the wire is taken up to the pulley 7. When a temporary resistance is produced at the mobile part, the projection 6 is deflected and tilted to secure gearing of ratchet teeth and absorbs no elastic extension. |
