PURPOSE:To obtain easily a stereoscopic picture with high accuracy by outputting a front address and a rear address through selection as required, and reading the address in the order to form a stereoscopic picture based on a plane picture data stored in a picture memory. CONSTITUTION:A read address control circuit 11 has a rotating picture forming circuit 12 so as to obtain an effect rotating a picture in a frame as one of special effects, a rotating position signal S11 is given to a perspective picture forming circuit 13 to be converted into a position data S12 to produce the perspective picture and the result is given to a read address generating circuit 14, and the circuit 11 has a cylinder picture forming circuit 15 to convert the plane picture stored in a frame memory 4 into a stereoscopic picture, e.g., a cylindrical picture as other special effect and its cylindrical position data S13 is given to the read address generating circuit 14. The read address generating circuit 14 reads sequentially the picture data in the frame memory 4 in the order to obtain a rotating perspective picture or a cylindrical picture. |
