PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. useful as a coating for steel plates such as precoated metals which can be formed into a coating film having excellent hardness, bendability, stain resistance and chemical resistance, by blending a blocked product prepd. from (an adduct of) hexamethylene diisocyanate or the like with a polyester polyol with 3 or more functional groups. CONSTITUTION:A blocked product (A) prepd. from hexamethylene diisocyanate or bis(isocyanatomethyl)cyclohexane, or from a prepolymer with terminal NCO groups prepd. by reacting such a compd. with an active hydrogen compd. is blended with a polyester polyol with 3 or more functional groups prepd. by esterifying a dicarboxylic acid with a glycol and a polyol with 3 or more OH groups at an equivalent ratio of isocyanate groups (to be reproduced) to OH groups of 1/2-2/1.
