PURPOSE:To evade the complication of a structure and to prevent the troublesome of a maintenance work by constituting at least two color developing units as an integrated unit and respectively and independently constituting the unit and a black developing unit. CONSTITUTION:Plural color developing units 21Y, 21M and 21C and the black developing unit 21B are respectively and independently provided and the color developing units 21Y, 21M and 21C are all constituted as an integrated unit. And the casing main bodies 32Y and 32M; 32M and 32C of the color developing units 21Y, 21M and 21C are respectively and integrally linked through link ribs 70 and 71 and the back end walls 33Y, 33M and 33C are constituted of one supporting member 33 and also the front end walls 34Y, 34M and 34C are constituted of a common integrated supporting member. Thus, the reduction of the number of components, the simplification of the structure and the reduction of the cost of the entire developing unit can be enhanced and the maintenance work of the black developing unit whose use frequency is high can be facilitated. |
