PURPOSE:To enable to form the titled molded body on a wider position through monolithic molding without being limited a position of a bracket, by fixing a base piece of the fixing bracket molded with a main body unitarily is joined with the main body for fixing by bending the base piece at a thin hinge part. CONSTITUTION:A main body 1 of a duct for a motor car is a hollow molded main body having an air blow-off part 2 on its upper part and is molded unitarily by blow molding through mold opening to the right and the left by making a parting line 3 into a dividing line. A fixing bracket 4 along with a base piece 5 meting at a certain angle with the bracket 4 are molded on a position along a parting line 3 at the outside of the top of a center of the main body 1 unitarily through a thin hinge part 6. In addition to the above, a pair of connecting protruded stripes 7 confronting in parallel with each other from both edges of a thin hinge part 6 and having a hook-shaped cross section is molded on the external surface of the main body 1 unitarily. Then both side edge parts of the base piece 5 are fitted in the pair of connecting protruded stripes 7 and the bracket 4 is fixed to a predetermined position. The fixing bracket 4, consequently, is provided on a position getting out of the parting line 3 in a protruded state. |
