PURPOSE:To perform combining process in a short time, by using a plurality of processing devices, and performing the combining processing of master and slave measuring devices simultaneously in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Weight values WA, WB, and W1-W10 from master measuring machines 101A and 101B and slave measuring machines 101-1-101-n (n=10) are inputted to a processing device 104 through a multiplexer 102 and an AD converter 103 and stored in a memory 104. The weight values W6-W10, WA, and WB are sent to a processing device 204 from the processing device 104, and stored in a memory 204b. The processing devices 104 and 204 combine and add the weight values W1-W5 and W6-W10, respectively, and store the data of A and B groups into the memories 104b and 204b, respectively. The processing devices 104 and 204 transfer the data of the A and B groups to each other and store the data to the memories 104b and 204b. The data of the A and B groups and WA and WB are combined and added, and the data are compared with the objective weight value. Then the optimum combination is extracted. Therefore, the combination processing can be performed in a short time. |
