发明名称 TOGGLE MECHANISM DIRECT-ACTING SOLENOID VALVE
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce a solenoid portion to a compact size and to reduce the cost by engaging an inclined surface groove mounted on a lower plate portion of a movable iron core with a roller support shaft disposed on an axial valve. CONSTITUTION:The lower portion of a movable iron core 12 is a plate part provided with an inclined surface groove 17. The axial valve 22 comprises upper and lower cylindrical portions slidably fitted to a valve guide hole 21, left and right planing portions 23 serving as a fluid passage, and a central groove hole 24 where the lower plate portion 16 of the movable iron core 12 is fitted, wherein the valve further includes a roller support shaft 25 engaged with the inclined surface groove 17 of the lower plate portion 16 of the movable iron core 12. The stopping force of the axial valve 22 is increased several times as much as the force of a compression coiled spring 14 or the solenoid force by a toggle mechanism comprising the lower inclined surface groove 17 of the movable iron core 12 engaged with the roller support shaft 25 to further ensure stopping capacity of the valve.
