PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce the size of an image-forming device and to enhance maintainability of the device and enable to confirm the state of an image formed during the forming of the image, by a method wherein a guide for a transferring material which is reciprocated and to which an image is transferred in plural colors is protruded to the outside and is made to be transparent or translucent. CONSTITUTION:A transferring paper P is reciprocated, and an image is transferred to the paper P in plural colors by the functions of a platen 10, a thermal head 11 and transfer ribbon 15 provided with inks of different colors. The guides 23, 24 for the reciprocation of the paper P are protruded to the outside of the image-forming device, and are made to be transparent or translucent. Accordingly, the image-forming device is reduced in size and enhanced in maintainability, as compared with an image-forming device incorporating the guides therein. In addition, the state of the image being formed can be monitored and confirmed during the forming of the image. |
