PURPOSE:To facilitate combining and separating works and to shorten time for needing to check work and change of a belt circulating body by arranging supporting face to one pair of main body frame and laying it on a supporting frame as slidable. CONSTITUTION:A casting machine main body conveyed on maintenance frame is slided with an engaging projection 10, engaging tool 11 and power actuator 12, to separate the main body frames 7, 7'. After separating the main body frames 7, 7', the old belt circulating bodies 4, 4' are cut and taken out from the main body frames 7, 7' and successively, the frames 7, 7' are shifted onto an exclusive frame for inserting circulating body. Then, laying support on the exclusive frame for the main body frame uses the supporting face 7a arranged on the main body frame and the new belt circulating bodies 4, 4' beforehand prepared on the exclusive frame are inserted into the main body frames 7, 7' from base surface of the separated main body frames 7, 7'. |
