CONSTITUTION:In a controlling system of agricultural water, etc., main line water W11 is taken into a main line channel K1 from a source channel KO through a main line intake gate 1. Run-off and channel water level are controlled through a main line check gate 2 provided in the channel K1, and at the same time, distributed to branch channels W21-W2n through gates 3, 4 and reversed in each machine site farm pond. The reserved water is distributed to water distribution areas 7 throgh a pumping-up pump 5, etc. The basic pattern of timewise demanded flow rate of estimated demanded flow rate for each pumping station, for instance, front concentration type etc., is set beforehand based on past data. The basic pattern is corrected from cumulative rainfall RN1-RNn up to past N hours and estimated demanded flow rate QC1-QCN is determined.
