PURPOSE:To surpress a rise in temperature inside an exhaust chamber, by making the driving steam of a feed water pump turbine select from the air bleed of a main turbine to the main steam and then the auxiliary steam in time of fast cutback operation shifting, in case of a transformation power plant. CONSTITUTION:When a steam turbine 50, driving a feed water pump 35 in a transformation power plant, is shifted to fast cutback operation following the load interruption of a system, the driving steam of the turbine 50 is selected from low pressure steam 52 to main steam 53 and then to auxiliary steam 56. A pressure regulating valve 55 and a pressure regulator 62 both are installed in an auxiliary steam pipe 56 while a low selector 64 is installed in control air piping 63 connecting both 55 and 62. And, with a timer 66, a solenoid valve 67 is operated after the elapse of a certain period of time in an FCB signal, and the pressure regulating valve 55 is gradually opened with a ramp functioner 68, making it perform the pressure control. |
