PURPOSE:To obtain the prescribed solar battery module with one screen or mask by forming wiring patterns connected in series and in parallel with a plurality of unit solar battery cells, and then removing unnecessary portions. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of solar battery cells 2, 3, 4 are connected via wirings 8 in series and in parallel with each other on a substrate 1. The portions (a), (b), (c) are to be removed. When the portions (a), (c) are removed, four solar battery cells 2, 3, 4, 5 are connected in series as a wiring pattern, and when the portion (b) is removed, two sets of two cells 2, 3 and 4, 5 connected in series are connected in parallel as a wiring pattern. |
