摘要 PURPOSE:To measure plural mass-produced articles having approximately similar working shapes automatically and repeatedly and to improve the measuring efficiency of the title machine by providing the machine with a measurement trace writing device storing the reciprocating motion of a probe and controlling the movement of the probe in accordance with a written measuring trace. CONSTITUTION:When a bendable touch signal probe 10 contacts with a substance to be measured, a touch signal pulse is outputted through a touch signal circuit 12. The probe 10 is moved to reference substances 101-104 to be measured under control by a servo mechanism 80. Consequently, the probe 10 is overdriven and tilted from respective measuring points and the movement locus is excessively moved up to a position shown by a code 200. The movement locus of the probe 10 is written and stored in a data recorder 24 of the measurement locus writing device 82. A substance to be actually measured is set up and the porbe 10 is automatically controlled at its locus in accordance with the measured locus by using a locus control command circuit 84, a drive command circuit 46, etc. Since the measured locus includes the overdrive, the substance to be measured can be prevented from the impossibility of measurement due to the error of the substance to be measured.
