PURPOSE:To design and correct efficiently a document by inputting rules obtained by selective designation of various menus to design the document. CONSTITUTION:A business form design system is provided with a CRT display device 10, an input device 20 consisting of an input mechanism for data input having various menus and a keyboard including a ten key, etc., a file 30, an output device 40, and a computer system 50 which connects devices 10-40 to perform processings. Patterns, characters, and symbols for document design are generated on the display screen of the CRT display device 10 by the input device 20, and the document is designed while confirming the display design and the design of the whole of the document on the display screen, and document data is registered in the file 30. Rules obtained by selective designation of a channel shape menu, an L shape menu, horizontal and vertical equal division menus, a box menu, a line menu, a circle menu, a pick menu, a copy menu, and an erase menu are inputted to design the business form. |
