摘要 PURPOSE:To cause a short time ignition lag to enable the resisting pressure of a cable to be low by shielding a high pressure cord which connects one of the ignition plugs with an ignition coil in a simultaneous ignition engine ignitor. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure cord, which connects the output terminal 7 of a secondary coil 5 with a distributor rotor 15b, is shielded. Thereby an extremely short time ignition lag takes place, and an ignition plug 10a is ignited at a time t1, the ignition plug is ignited at a time t2, and the ignition is completed at a time t3. Since the resisting pressure of the secondary coil at this time is the composite voltage of the ignition plugs at each time, its value is smaller than the value when one time lag does not take place. And the value of the resisting pressure between high voltage output passages is made smaller than that when the shielding method is not used, thereby enabling the resisting pressure of a cable to be reduced.
