PURPOSE:To shield light having an emission spectrum in the region of 600- 900nm by combining an org. resin filter contg. a dye with a colored glass filter. CONSTITUTION:When an org. film filter is combined with a glass filter to obtain a composite filter, the org. resin filter is formed by adding dibutyl phthalate as a plasticizer to cellulose acetate as a base and dissolving them in butyl acetate. The glass filter is formed by coloring phosphate glass as a base by making use of the configuration of cobalt ions. The two kinds of filters are stuck together with an epoxy resin adhesive in a bubble removing device to obtain the desired composite filter. |
