PURPOSE:To prevent sudden idle-up by providing procedures for detecting satisfaction of idle-up condition, for detecting the engine drive torque and for performing the idle-up. CONSTITUTION:Procedures for detecting the satisfaction of idle-up condition, for detecting that the engine drive torque has exceeded over the setting level and for performing the idle-up upon satisfaction of idle-up condition and exceeding over the setting level of engine drive torque are provided. Even if the idle-up condition is satisfied by an electronic control unit 58, the idle-up is not performed if the engine drive torque has not exceeded over the setting level. Consequently, sudden idle-up during stoppage or deceleration is prevented. |
