PURPOSE:To improve transfer and separating performance by constituting so that the transfer voltage at one face recording time heightens than the transfer voltage at the other face recording time. CONSTITUTION:A transfer voltage changeover switch 40 for making the transfer voltage at and face recording time heighten than the transfer voltage at the other face recording time is provided on a transfer type electrostatic recording device provided with a both face recording function. In case of copying the other face of recording paper, when a both face copy button of an operating part is turned on, the changeover switch 40 is opened basing on the other face copy signal, and as an output voltage in a terminal A, a small transfer voltage (a voltage value which is made about 15-30% lower than a votage of one face copying time) which is suitable for the other face copying is obtained. The value of a fixed resistance R is set in advance to obtain such transfer voltage.In this way, by lowering the transfer voltage at the time of copying the other face and setting it to an optimum voltage value to the other face copying, it does not occur that a toner is spaced to a photosensitive body side at the time of transfer, or the recording paper is not separated completely from the photosensitive body. |
