PURPOSE:To enable the assembly of parts to be assembled regardless of the dispersion of the parts by providing a positioning plate having two automatic aligning bushes with a conical surface at the upper shoulder. CONSTITUTION:A positioning plate 5 has two automatic aligning bushes 6 with a conical surface at the upper shoulder and positions a part 2 to be assembled. A stationary-side plate 8 has a linear roller bearing 9 to slidably roller-guide an automatic aligning pin 7 in the axial direction and has an air blowout hole 8a and an air pad 8b. When the assembled part 2 and an assembly part 1 have a relative displacement in position and the quantity is less than the chamfer quantity, the part 1 causes the part 2 to generate a horizontal component of force, the bushes 6 are made movable, the positioning plate 5 is moved until it coincides with the axis of the part 1, and the part 2 and part 1 are coupled and assembled. |
