<p>PURPOSE:To realize cut-off of current through short-circuit under the heating condition by holding a synthetic resin body made of a substance with may allow mixing of dissolved substance which is inferior in heat resistance and forms a film when it dissolves, with a couple of coils having said film in excellent heat resistance. CONSTITUTION:A terminal part of stabilizer is formed by crossing each other the heading part 1a and tailing part 1a' of the primary coil consisting of insulated lead wire having a film of polyester or esterimide and by providing a synthetic resin body 5 such as nylon having a low heat resistance between such crossing lead wires. In such a structure, when an excessive current flows into the coil of stabilizer and heat is generated, the nylon melts and dissolves into polyester. Since polyester and nylon have the mutual dissolving effect, polyester is plasticized and becomes to have a lower melting point than the nylon. The synthetic resin 5 as the intermediator and film melt, generating interlayer short-circuit coil, operating an external breaker and fuse and cutting off the current.</p> |
