PURPOSE:To obtain an output with shaped waveform in high speed by constituting an output stage inverter of a buffer circuit with a flip-flop. CONSTITUTION:When an input signals changed from a low level to a high level, an output of inverters A2, A3 and A4 is changed sequentially. Since an output 5 of the inverter A3 goes to high before an output 6 of the inverter A4 goes to low, n-channel MOS elements Q2, Q6 of flip-flop constitution are turned on and a p-channel MOS element Q4 is turned off, a low level of an output 9 is increased slightly and also a high level of an output 10 is decreased. Further, as soon as an output 6 of the inverter A4 goes to a low level, positive feedback is applied to the flip-flop comprising n-channel MOS elements Q2, Q3, Q5 and Q6 and since a p-channel MOS element Q1 is turned on, the outputs 9, 10 are inverted in high speed. |
